When you hear the word ‘Android Smartphone’, the first Smartphone image that would probably come to your mind would be of Samsung, Google or Sony. We, as consumers are always on a lookout for the best branded Smartphones that sports an Android OS. But if we broaden our mind-set, there are many other lesser known brands in the market that not only carries a different design, but also gives an equal or high performance. Xiaomi Mi2
Mi2 comes from a Chinese manufacturing company Xiaomi and is considered as one of the biggest rivals to Apple. Now the company had launched the Mi2 model and this without any doubt would once again give a run for money to rivals. ZTE Grand Era U895
This Smartphone crafted by the Chinese manufacturer ZTE sports a 4.5-inch screen with a high pixel resolution. Grand Era is powered by a fast quad-core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz. It also runs on the latest Android Operating System.

MX2 is a Smartphone from the Chinese manufacturer Meizu, featuring 4.4-inch screen that boasts of an impeccable quality in terms of 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. BLU VIVO 4.3 is one of the world’s first Dual SIM Smartphone to feature a SAMOLED Plus display and a dual core CPU. It runs on Android 4.0 ICS software and sports a 4.3-inch display screen that supports a 480 by 800 pixel resolution. The device is powered by 1GHz dual-core A9 processor and a PowerVR SGX531 GPU chipset. In addition VIVO 4.3 also features an 8MP rear camera and 1.3MP front camera and consists of a 4GB internal memory, microSD card slot and 3G connectivity. With its features and specifications matching the likes of other banded Android Smartphones, this handset is available at an affordable price of $250.

Plum Might
On the outer appearance, Plum Might clones Samsung Galaxy Note Smartphone. Even though the features and specifications offered by Plum may not match the level of the Samsung’s flagship, for $200 price range, it’s not a bad phone to own. It features a 4.5-inch screen, a little broader in its make than the iPhone4S and has a display resolution of 1280×720 pixels which amounts to 326ppi ratio. The handset is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core A9 Tegra 3 SoC processor with 1GB RAM and GeForce ULP graphics support. It also comes with 16GB of internal memory and a non-removable 1820mAh battery. It has a price tag of $480.
